Directions:
1. Mix flour, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk egg with water.

3. For gravy, melt butter in the skillet, whisk in flour, add broth and milk, and cook until thickened.
4. Serve steaks covered with country gravy.
