Instructions:

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Steaks:
Pat the steaks dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.

Season both sides of the steaks generously with salt and pepper. You can also add any other desired seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, or dried herbs.

Cook the Steaks:
Lightly brush or spray both sides of the steaks with olive oil or cooking spray to help promote browning and prevent sticking.
Place the steaks in the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching each other.
Cook the steaks for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, depending on your desired level of doneness and the thickness

of the steaks:
For medium-rare: Cook for about 8-9 minutes total.
For medium: Cook for about 10-11 minutes total.
For medium-well to well-done: Cook for about 12 minutes or longer.

Use an instant-read meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the steaks:

125°F (52°C) for medium-rare
135°F (57°C) for medium
145°F (63°C) for medium-well
160°F (71°C) for well-done
Adjust the cooking time as needed based on your preferred level of doneness.

Rest and Serve:
Once the steaks are cooked to your desired doneness, transfer them to a plate and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
This resting period allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a juicier steak.
Slice the steaks against the grain and serve immediately.
Enjoy your air fryer steak with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a side salad. It’s a quick and delicious meal that’s perfect for any day of the week!
