Amish Hamburger Steak Bake

Preparation

Grease a 9ŗ13 baking dish and set oven temperature to 350°F.
2 pounds of minced beef, 1 1/2 cups of crumbled saltine crackers, 1 cup of whole milk, 1/2 teaspoon of Italian herbs, 1/2 teaspoon of powdered garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of powdered onion, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne, salt, and pepper should be combined in a bowl.

Make hamburger steaks that are 1/2 inch thick out of the mixture. Dip them into the flour.

Place the steaks in a baking dish after browning them in a pan over medium-high heat.
Combine 1 1/2 cups of whole milk with 2 cans of condensed mushroom soup and whisk until smooth. When you’re ready to bake the steaks, pour the mixture over them.
