Prepare Bananas: In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the lemon juice and mix well to prevent browning.
Whip Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Combine: Gently fold the mashed bananas into the whipped cream until well combined. Be careful not to deflate the cream.
Chill: Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.

Tips
For an extra touch, you can add a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg to the banana mixture.
If you want a more intense banana flavor, use banana extract in place of some of the vanilla.
