1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 12 oz package egg noodles
1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
