Best Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Pour the brown sugar into a 9×5 inch loaf pan and press it into the bottom. Spread the ketchup evenly over the brown sugar.

In a mixing bowl, combine the meatloaf mix, beaten eggs, milk, chopped onion, and bread crumbs. Mix well until combined.

Press the meat mixture into the loaf pan on top of the ketchup layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Once done, remove from the oven and pour the juices into a bowl. Discard the juice and let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes.

Invert the loaf onto a platter or cutting board, slice it up, and enjoy!
