Instructions

  • 1. Make the Dough

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

  • 2. Prepare the Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Set aside.
3. Roll Out the Flatbreads
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion out into a flat, round shape about 1/4 inch thick.

  • 4. Cook the Flatbreads

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil.
Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Brush each flatbread with the garlic butter mixture as soon as it comes off the heat.
