Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles Recipe

Instructions:

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat sesame oil and brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add minced garlic, ginger, and shredded carrots to the beef, cooking until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add cooked noodles to the pan, tossing to coat with the sauce.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes:

Swap ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
Add broccoli or snap peas for extra veggies.
