Instructions:

Cook the chicken tenders or strips according to package instructions until crispy. Allow to cool slightly, then slice or chop into smaller pieces.

Using a serrated knife, slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally to split into tops and bottoms. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Layer half of the shredded mozzarella over the bottom roll portions. Top with the chopped crispy chicken pieces and marinara sauce, spreading evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella over the chicken and sauce layer.

Place the top halves of the rolls on top.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped parsley.

Brush or spoon the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more until cheese is melted and tops are lightly browned.

Allow to cool 5 minutes, then transfer sliders to a platter or cutting board and slice into individual portions with a sharp knife.

Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired. Enjoy!

Notes:

Use your favorite jarred marinara sauce or pizza sauce.
Bake a few minutes longer uncovered for extra crispy tops.
Can assemble ahead and refrigerate before baking.

These handheld chicken Parmesan sliders pack all the flavors of the classic dish into portable, melty, cheesy sandwiches – perfect for parties!
