Elegant Salmon and Avocado Tartare

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine the diced salmon, avocado, shallot, capers, and fresh dill.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the creamy dressing over the salmon and avocado mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
Arrange mixed greens or microgreens on a serving plate.
Place the salmon and avocado tartare mixture on top of the greens.
Garnish with lemon wedges and additional dill if desired.
Serve immediately, chilled.
