Gourmet Chicken Parmesan Sliders

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and season them with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In another bowl, beat the egg with the milk.
Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture and then coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat some olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the chicken pieces until golden and crispy.
Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and top each with a spoonful of marinara sauce.
Add a piece of chicken on top of the sauce and cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake the sliders for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
