Instructions:

1. Cook the Ground Beef:

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

2. Sauté the Onions and Garlic:

Add the chopped onions to the skillet with the ground beef and sauté until they become translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the finely chopped garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3. Add the Cabbage:

Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and stir well to combine with the beef and onions. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage begins to soften.

4. Add Tomatoes and Seasonings:

Pour in the can of chopped tomatoes, including the juices, and stir to combine.
Add the powdered broth seasoning, cumin, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, and salt to taste. Stir everything together.

5. Simmer:

Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let the mixture simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the flavors have melded together.

6. Adjust Seasoning and Serve:

Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Serve the dish hot, either on its own or over rice or mashed potatoes for a more filling meal.

This dish is hearty, flavorful, and packed with vegetables and protein, making it a great option for a wholesome family dinner!
