Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess grease.
Stir in salt and pepper. Spread mixture evenly in the pie plate and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
In a bowl, whisk together milk, baking mix, and eggs until well combined. Pour over beef mixture in pie plate.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
