Homemade Rotel Tacos Recipe

Instructions:

1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until it’s fully cooked. Drain any excess fat if needed.
2. Add the taco seasoning packet to the cooked meat according to the instructions on the packet. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes.


3. Once the meat is seasoned, add the drained Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies to the skillet. Stir and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
4. While the meat mixture is cooking, warm up the taco shells or tortillas according to the package instructions.

5. Assemble your tacos by spooning the Rotel and meat mixture into the taco shells or tortillas.
6. Add your desired toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced avocado, etc., on top of the meat mixture.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful Rotel tacos!
