Instructions
- Melt the Butter:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the Corn:
Once the butter is melted, add the corn to the skillet. If using frozen corn, there’s no need to thaw it first.
- Cook the Corn:
Sauté the corn for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly caramelized.
Add Honey and Season:
Drizzle the honey over the corn, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish and Serve:
Remove from heat and, if desired, sprinkle with fresh herbs. Serve warm.
Tips:
This dish pairs wonderfully with grilled meats and can be served as a side at any gathering.
For a bit of extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
