1: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
2: Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze for about 20 minutes to firm them up.
3: Coat each ball in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and then roll in breadcrumbs to fully coat.
4: Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry each popper for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
