Ingredients

  • For the Ravioli:

1 package (9 oz) lobster ravioli (store-bought or homemade)

  • For the Saffron Garlic Cream Sauce:

2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small shallot, finely chopped
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup seafood or chicken broth
¼ tsp saffron threads
¼ cup white wine (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
A pinch of paprika (for garnish)
