1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp oil, for cooking
Gravy:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups beef broth, I use Better than Bouillon
1 cup sliced onions
1 tsp browning liquid
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp pepper
