Sausage and Creamy Hashbrown Casserole

Instructions

First Step:

1. Preheat the oven to 350
2. Cook sausage thoroughly, drain fat

Second Step:

1. Stir cream cheese into the sausage and set aside
2. Add hash browns into the skillet and cook until lightly brown

Third Step:

1. Grease the bottom only of a 9 x 13 baking pan and place hash browns on the bottom evenly
2. Top with the cream cheese and sausage mixture

Fourth Step:

1. Sprinkle some of the cheddar cheese on the top
2. Mix together the milk, eggs, and seasonings and then pour over the casserole

Fifth Step:

Bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes. Or until the internal temp is 160*
