Instructions:

1. Brown the beef in olive oil and place it in the crockpot.
2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the beef.
3. Add pepperoncini, juice, and pour in beef broth.
4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours (or 5 hrs on high) until beef is tender.
5. Shred beef, strain cooking liquid, and mix both in the crockpot.
6. Add in egg noodles. Add in sliced butter. Cook on high for 30 minutes until noodles are done.
7. Stir before serving.
