Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Garlic Butter:

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to create a flavorful garlic butter mixture.

Toast the Bread:

Place the halved French bread, cut side up, on a baking sheet.
Brush each half generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and crispy around the edges.

Combine the Spaghetti and Sauce:

While the bread is toasting, heat the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce in a skillet over medium heat.
Stir to coat the spaghetti evenly with the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.

Assemble the Subs:

Remove the toasted bread from the oven.
Evenly distribute the sauced spaghetti on top of the garlic bread halves.
Generously sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the spaghetti.

Melt the Cheese:

Return the assembled subs to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
For a golden, crispy top, you can broil the subs for a couple of minutes.

Slice and Serve:

Let the subs cool for a couple of minutes before slicing into individual portions.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to customize this recipe with your favorite pasta sauce or add-ins like sautéed vegetables or ground beef.
For extra cheesy goodness, you can add more mozzarella or even sprinkle Parmesan on top.
These subs pair wonderfully with a simple side salad for a complete meal!
