STEAK & SHRIMP YAKI UDON

Instructions:

Prepare your sauce and put aside.

Prepare udon noodles according to package and toss with a little oil so they don’t clump together. Put aside.

Season steak with salt and pepper.

Heat oil over medium high heat and cook steak until browned on each side, approximately 1 minute per side. Remove and put aside.

Add in shrimp and cook on each side 2-3 minutes and remove. Put aside.

Add in onions, peppers, bok choy and garlic and cook approximately 3 minutes. Add in noodles, then sauce, then steak and shrimp and toss to coat evenly with sauce. Garnish with green onions & Enjoy!
